I can't believe I was ever seriously into bodybuilding. Its all so fucking gay. OP looks great, but at the end of the day, who gives a shit? You're more likely to have more friends, better success with women, and live a happier life if you look normal. People can relate with you better, and its easier to have friends and make business connections.

When I was 6% bf (and no, you can't do that naturally) I never really had that many friends. Bodybuilding consumed my life.

Now that I'm a soft ass at 170 lbs and 12% bf, I have plenty of time to go do whatever the fuck I want, eat what I want, and not have to constantly think about what time I need to take this or that pill. Life is so much better this way.

And its a myth that you'll get more women when you're shredded. A TON of hot girls prefer the teddy bear type, because they feel more comfortable around that type of man. How could any woman feel like a man who is obsessed over his own looks is ever going to have his woman's back?

you were never serious into bodybuilding mate, you are a complete joke.

bodybuilding has given me so much in return, if it's respect from others, attention from girls, and a "higher rank in social life" due to better looks and confident.

can't get to 6% naturally? another fact that you do not know a thing about bodybuilding. very basic and tactical diet will get you there, i'm suprised by your amount of posts vs knowledge ratio. strong idiot right there.

i'm not worrying about "getting more women", that's something that only people that lack confident/success would say, i don't "get" women, i interact and enjoy women. i don't need to "hunt them down"
