okay
Okay today was my first day of pct


weight-240

weight before cycle-221

so i have put on i would say about 5 lbs of fat maybe more but under 10 for sure

pct as of now- clomid 50/50/25/25, tcf-1, testopro and whats left of my hcgenerate


and the kicker- SARM s1


I will be adding this in as soon as it gets here (prolly wensday) and after i have been on it a week, i will begin recomping- yes i an aware i am cutting cals in pct- but please bear in mind i will be on a SARM which will prevent me from loosing mass and as i am not yet CUTTING my caloric cuts wont be too steep.

taste- -50/10- nastyness
Vascularity- nothing yet(takes a week to kick in)
Strength- Dont know will update after legs today
Mood- 8/10 i feel alpha male symptoms already- although I attribute this to HCGENERATE and testopro more so than the s1
Libido-5/10 nutrel as of now

legs went great!

btw today was day 7 of pct

my last weigh in was day 5 at 237 and today at day 7 i am up to 239


at the end of my cycle i was at 240.5


strength-rising

squat was

Leg ext- full rack (285) x8,7,7,
Hamcurls- 150-8,7,7
Lunges-90-6,6,6!
 
OKay OSTA works 100% legit


I feel like the alpha male

and my strength- hasnt gone down at all NONE 0 % so as this reaches its full ptential ohhh i cant wait


todays routine

Cardio-20 mins on elpitical- Hear rate was between 140-175 whole time

then did shoulders


Warmup

Dumbell shoulder press-65-6,6,6

Upright row- 110-6,5,5
Side raises-30-6,6,6,
Reardelt machine-150-8,6,6

Reardelt raises-20-5,6,6

Traps- barbell shrugs-225-8,8,8,
Behind back barbell shrugs-225-6,6,6,

Vasularity-UP! I would say its now a 7/10 whereas b4 it was 5/10

Strength retention-10/10-none lost in pct
mass-ehh bout the same

since im recomp/cut i think i will loose some

anyways will up[date tonight with a weigh ion!
 
muscle fullness- 10/10 my arms are PUMPED legs too!
Mood- 10/10
libido-5/10- but clomid kills my libido anyways
strength- 10/10- so far no strength lost but like i said tommorrow will be the test- when does nkts come out? I NEED SOME I DONT WANT IT I NEED IT
 
okay here is the chest workout update


Strength is not only the same as it was ON its better

while on i was repping 225 on bench for 5-6 reps for 3 sets- now im repping 230 for 4-5 reps for 4 sets! Bench is up 5 lbs

Dips- i could only hit 6 reps as this part of my chest is very underdeveloped(this was ON)
Today I did 8 reps, then 7, then 6 so that went up as well

Inclinedumbell press- did 70's like butter so i moved up to 75 (what i was doing while ON)
fackin pushed those out for 6,6,6, and the 70 lbs was for 7 reps- so that is holding steady

by this time my chest was facked i have NEVER done four sets and the extra sets eally nuked my chesticles

soooo i went to flys and so fack it im upin the weight

did 50 lbs dum flys forrrrrrrr lemme see...........6,5,5,3- something like that so thats legit
and did decline cable flys- i was doing 70 lbs but i had to drop to 60 to rep it out

not dissapointed at all with this chest workout


summary- osta is working- ive gotten stronger in pct and i think its only going to get better
weight-233 so im down 7 lbs- mostly water i believe some muscle maybe
 
im going to workout back today

started a new routine soo should be nice


i have lost 7 lbs but my arms are still 16' which is what they where at end of cycle

they where 15.5 b4 cycle so thats GOOD!

pumps- great facking great! My back was so pumped today it hurt (not a bad hurt but yall know what i mean when u get a REALLY good pump)

like i told j today my joints feel great! I woke up and did fasted cardio for twenty minutes

Usually after cardio my knee joints hurt- always have really but today nothing they felt great and yesterday on bench- my shoulders usually twang a bit but nothing was smooooothhhh


wastline- not yet but i notice some fat reduction in my arms-which is always the first place on my body that i start dropping fat


sooooooo lets see

im cutting (yes please spare me the banter gentlemen i know im in pct) and my strength is the same as it was on cycle and i am half way thru my pct and in some lifts i have made gains


so at a calorie deficit i am maintaining strength and improving in some areas- unheard of?


Not with osta it seems!
 
leg workout

squat 365 x8, x8, x 7 - this is the most i have ever done here
was hitting 385x6 ON decided to lower eight up reps
leg ext- 285 (full rack)-x7 x8 x8
hamstring curls-150x8 165x8 x8 this is a 10 lb increase- in pct
lunges-100x6x6x6- another 10 lb increas in pct
