Cardio/burn today. My endurance seems to have gone through the roof just like my workout from yesterday. I had a huge burn on the treadmill at home. I went for 75 minutes total which consisted of about 40 minutes jogging and 35 minutes of incline walking. I ran almost the entire 40 minutes at 8 MPH and could have went faster. This is a personal best for me, and I had 5 miles in without stopping in no time!
Walked another 2 miles on incline that gave me a monstrous burn today of 1150 Cal's
Yesterdays Carb up put me back to 168 this morning. I looked to be retaining a little bit of bloat but not much. It will all be cleaned up some this weekend, especially Sunday
Its my wife's 40th birthday today, so I'm taking her out for some dinner and drinks, so the diet will go off course today, but will be back to business tomorrow
