Well, everything is going incredible. After carbing up a bit yesterday, my weight has come back up as expected to 167, but I was looking very ripped with the fullness this morning. Muscle hardness is through the roof as well and a very nice feeling. Veascularity is off the frickin chain and I'm starting to get what I would call the "stage look" when I have a big pump. Veins are spidering all over the place. A lot of them are faint, but noticeable.
I tried out my new digital calipers for the first time, and it looks like I may have been measuring myself at a higher bodyfat than actual with my old cheap calipers. After a few 3 point skinfold tests, I came up with a range of as low as 6.2% up to but no higher than 7%, so average puts me somewhere around 6.6-6.7%! I will take that! Sounds good to me! I'm still shooting for 6% or real close to it, so dropping roughly a half percent in another 2-3 weeks is what I'm aiming for. Should be just a pound of fat or less.
I'm completely amazed at how great these SARMS have been for recomp. I will probably repeat this exact layout at least once a year, if not a couple times. I've already exceeded all my expectations, and I'm still not done yet!
Workout went well. I set a couple minor PRs, but mostly kept weight and reps the same, but everything felt lighter than normal so some strength is coming, though not huge. With a bigger caloric intake I'm sure I would get much more, but that isn't the goal here so I honestly don't care about gaining strength as much as I do maintaining it.
