RickRock's recomp ride with SARMSSEARCH S4 and Ostarine!!

Today was an incredible experience in the gym. I woke up this morning from yesterdays burn and under 40g carbs to a very big, full, and ripped 165. I mean I was very impressed with my look this morning.....then came the gym....

I had some MAD vascularity going on. I have never been this big, and definitely never been this lean. My chest is getting very striated and the cuts in my ABS are getting deeper. My skin seems like it is getting thinner too. I looked awesome in the gym and had the stares coming from everywhere. Honestly it was obvious I had many in awe. It was a great feeling I must say!! I know i keep saying this, but I could take pictures again right now and it would show some nice differences. I have no doubt that my next pics will be noticeably improved upon the last ones.

Performance wise I did very well. Strength was good and endurance was way up too. A couple lifts I saw an extra rep or two.

Sides from S4 have leveled off to almost nil. It still takes longer for the eyes to adjust going from dark to light and vice versa, but it is not noticeable at all in the first couple days of the week, and barely there come day 4 or 5. Then it clears up to nothing during my 2 days off of s4 on the weekend.

Well, everything is going incredible. After carbing up a bit yesterday, my weight has come back up as expected to 167, but I was looking very ripped with the fullness this morning. Muscle hardness is through the roof as well and a very nice feeling. Veascularity is off the frickin chain and I'm starting to get what I would call the "stage look" when I have a big pump. Veins are spidering all over the place. A lot of them are faint, but noticeable.

I tried out my new digital calipers for the first time, and it looks like I may have been measuring myself at a higher bodyfat than actual with my old cheap calipers. After a few 3 point skinfold tests, I came up with a range of as low as 6.2% up to but no higher than 7%, so average puts me somewhere around 6.6-6.7%! I will take that! Sounds good to me! I'm still shooting for 6% or real close to it, so dropping roughly a half percent in another 2-3 weeks is what I'm aiming for. Should be just a pound of fat or less.

I'm completely amazed at how great these SARMS have been for recomp. I will probably repeat this exact layout at least once a year, if not a couple times. I've already exceeded all my expectations, and I'm still not done yet!

Workout went well. I set a couple minor PRs, but mostly kept weight and reps the same, but everything felt lighter than normal so some strength is coming, though not huge. With a bigger caloric intake I'm sure I would get much more, but that isn't the goal here so I honestly don't care about gaining strength as much as I do maintaining it.

Well.....let me start by saying that today was the most incredible workout I've had in months....literally. I mean even better than any day I had during my last cycle even. Everything was great. I looked better than I ever have in size as well as looking shredded and vascular as hell. Then comes the performance....I had insane endurance today. I mean it was almost like I couldn't get tired, and that's saying a lot on Quad day! I hit some very big and nice PRs too. These were the biggest strength gains I've seen since last cycle, and were right on par with those. I am not sure why the big strength gains are coming now, and this late in the game, but I am not complaining!! I absolutely killed it, and I have a huge smile only face today :D

The only negative I have to report is that the vision sides are more than normal today, but I am at the end of my 5 days on S4 getting ready to enter my 2 days off of it. It usually is a little higher towards the end of the week but today seems the highest its ever been. Not a big deal to me though....I'm confident it will be gone by tomorrow afternoon since I don't dose tomorrow...

I'm going to try and fill up a bit today and Carb up for the weekend. Morning weight should be up around 168ish by tomorrow ;)

What kind of vision sides are you getting? I have a yellow tint but it's not a huge deal to me, doesn't really impair me that much
