RickRock's recomp ride with SARMSSEARCH S4 and Ostarine!!

Had another great workout today. I hit quads along with some arm work. I love doing arms on their own day so I can hit them fresh with more weight vs doing them when they are fatigued from compound exercises. Its been a while since I've been able to work them out that way so it was nice!! Everything was up for arm work, but I expected that since I was working them out fresh.

I noticed last night when I got out of the tanning bed that I had some nice veins coming in that I've never seen before, so the leaning is still going very well. My chest is starting to show more striations along with some veins going across it when i have a good pump. I'm also seeing a lot more veins in my quads which is real nice considering I never get a lot of vascularity on my lower body. ABS are getting tighter and more prominent too.

I'm getting a decent amount of carbs in today and should fill up nice before going into a burn for a couple days over the weekend. Pics should be posted sometime Sunday

Cardio/Burn day today. Nothing overly exciting. Did 35 minutes of HIIT elliptical this morning for a 450 Cal burn. I will probably do about another 45 minutes of cardio tonight on the treadmill.

Fast breaker today was 12 oz chicken breast, steamed broccoli, sweet potato, 5 oz plain Greek yogurt, one slice of Layne Nortons cheesecake, and 2 scoops of whey.

Tomorrow I may go for an extended fast with a shorter eating window around 4 hours or so. I will probably drop the cals quite a bit also, and may get abput 1500 or so for the day. This is something I might start doing for the next few Sundays. Its easy for me to do that day, and it is pretty effective for giving a little extra burning on off days. I'm kicking it up just a bit as I head into the last 3-4 weeks of this ride with the hopes that I end up pretty diced by the end!!

Well, as promised these are the pics....I'm pretty happy with them for the most part. They are still not perfect, and I have to play with lighting and stuff a little more. But I think they did come out pretty good. I think it shows some nice changes and I am starting to feel real ripped!! You can see the vascularity coming through in a lot of the pics, but they dont even do it justice. i have veins coming in eveywhere! You can see how good they are coming in on my lats and across the back. I know I've never been this lean and I am thinking I have to be real close to 7% now. I was 168 this morning, so thats about 6 lbs heavier and about 1% bodyfat leaner than my best during the summer!!


I have to say that in 4 weeks, I have made very similar progress and just as good as a mild methyl cycle. These SARMS are excellent for this type of goal in a recomp and where I think they really shine. I dont know that they would be as good in a bulk, but they have helped me to hold onto every bit of muscle and build a little more while cutting up incredibly. I cant complain about that!!

The differences are coming so fast now, that in two weeks when I take pics again it could be ridiculous. When you get this low in bodyfat, very small changes in bodyfat of even a tenth or two of a percent look like big changes!! I'm enjoying myself right now!!

Cardio and burn today....little to no carbs today. I'm guessing I will stay under 30-40g for the day.

Cardio this morning was 15 minutes of HIIT elliptical followed by 15 minutes jogging at 7.5 MPH (total burn 410 Cal's)

This afternoon will be about 45 minutes of incline treadmill.


I added a couple things in today to help the recomp along a little more. I added some Shift and Ursobolic, and will soon be adding some raspberry ketones when they get here. (I'm doing a sponsored log for AI sports of Agmatime and raspberry ketones) Those additions may give a little help here in these last 3-4 weeks of the home stretch ;)
