RickRock's recomp ride with SARMSSEARCH S4 and Ostarine!!

I'm totally subbed. My rats are doing s4 for the first time so I'm very interested to see how your results are compared with theirs. Up to 60mg every day, they haven't mentioned much vision sides, might up it a little bit. Usually do little by little when I introduce them to compounds they have never tried. Never know your sweet spot til you experiment :)

Very true......I'm finding 75mg per day to not really be an issue on vision much at all. The 5 on, 2 off dosing seems to be controlling it well and the results have been stellar thus far :)
 
Nice. Your results sound pretty awesome too. You split up the doses though right? Yesterday I did 30 then 40, holy crap the 40 was the best so far. Increased body heat, sweating, energy, etc...or that's what my rats told me anyway ;) think I'll stay here for a day or two then increase little by little.

If you're splitting your doses too, what times are you usually doing them, and how close to workouts?

Yeh I'm splitting doses at around 35-40mg per dose. First dose is at 5 AM (1 hour preworkout), and second is 5 pm (30 minutes before pm cardio)

Well guys, yesterday I apparently cleaned up incredibly from having nearly zero carbs (<20g) and an hour and a half of cardio, because this morning I was very dry and lean. I looked more ripped than ever!! It also was reflected in the scale. I was 165.5, but I can't tell you the last time I was that dry, so that weight is not normal. I'm sure by tomorrow it will be back to around 167-168. ABS are coming through better and everything is still improving overall.

My workout was effected a little bit it seemed this morning. Because of the low Cal's and no carbs, my energy level was super low. I still matched every rep from previous weeks, but I definitely had to push harder to get it.
 
I was experiencing this too. Found myself taking a lot of long naps and feeling drowsy throughout the day..
 
Today's workout went incredibly well. Everything was perfect. From yesterdays moderately high Carb intake, my weight went back up to 167.5 and it gave me that nice full look while still looking very lean with no noticeable bloat. Them carbs really made my veins pop big time too. It took no time to get a good pump going and my arms and forearms looked like road maps with veins spidering all over the place! It was nuts! I felt "on" today and was loving every minute of it. I did not want to leave the gym at all!!

I actually had a few lifts that I either added weight, reps, or both with a couple PRs in there. I was really impressed with my DB shoulder presses. I hit a PR on those of 85sx8, which to me is incredible. I don't know a lot of people pressing their bodyweight in DBs for reps overhead, but today...I DID!! There were a couple other nice numbers put up too. I looked at my ABS while doing some weighted cable crunches, and I think my ABS even had a pump, because they were popping and had a few really cool veins showing up along them. Pure awesome!

I am planning on pics this weekend that should show a good difference just as long as I am dry enough when I go to take them. Saturday and Sunday are burn days, so I will probably put them up on Sunday. I should be sitting pretty that day in the afternoon...

This run is planned for 4 more weeks but may end a little earlier than that depending on how quick the SARMS run out. I know I have around 3 weeks of Ostarine left, and maybe a tad bit more of S4. So I am basically at the halfway mark and I can't complain at all with the progress so far.

I ate like crap last night AND took the night off from training, still woke up feeling lean as hell today. I'm happy with this higher dose for sure
 
This is a great thread. I'm using both S-1 and S-4 in PCT in about 5 weeks. Sounds like, from what I see here, that not only will my gains continue but I'm going to lean up. AWESOME!
