thats the famous arnold split , push pull work outs
arnold was big on that routine. I still use it today mine is modified though.
day 1 back , biceps ( i consider traps back )with calves and forarms
day 2 chest , tri , shoulders
day 3 legs ( including calves again )forarms
day 4 day off ....
day 5
start over but second work outs alternate excersizes in the work outs, I drop bench press for cable work, drop the squats for leg presses, drop the deads and do hypers. to avoid nuero burn out.
So the first work outs day 1,2,3 compound movements included day 5,6,7 more isolation work.
no way i could do deads and squats two times a week , just to much on my lower back
