Revised 2nd cycle due to some xtra "goodies"!!!

4th day night:
Legs went okay. I ain't gonna lie, I wasn't as focused today in the gym. Got alot goin on outside the gym, and couldn't get my head right today. I don't believe I wasted a workout, just didn't get all out of it I could. Tommorrow(today) is a well needed off day, lookin forward to it.
 
5th day morning:
Cardio sucked ass. I had to work until 2 last night, so I felt like shit today on the treadmill. I had no energy what so ever. I don't like coffee and redbulls don't do shit for me. Anything you guys suggest to give you an early morning boost other than cardiobreeze, redbull, coffee? I would really like to know what some of you others do on a shorts night rest, or hell even a long nights rest, when you have to get up to do cardio. Today is my day off, and I am gonna enjoy it. Headed to the ol UT game tonight after work can't wait! GOOD OL ROCKY TOP......WOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!
 
6th day morning:
This morning wasn't too bad, didn't really feel like bein in there doin cardio since my fuckin leg is still throbbin from those damn prop shots. I fuckin hate those, but anyways not to bitch, I got it over with, then headed to work. Tonight should be a good workout, rested up and got some aggression to take out on those weights, thanks the ol girl for that one! Not gonna weigh until probaly two weeks in. Post up later tonight.....GO COLTS!!!!
 
6th day night:
Threw up today doin squats for the first time. I had a partner for the first time in about a month, and was able to go beyond my limits.....IT FELT GREAT!!!! My buddy thought it was disgusting, but me personally knowing that i pushed myself that hard was worth every second of disgusted faces and laughing. Workin my legs helped the prop pain work itself out by the end of the night thank god. Takin tommorrow off for cardio but plan on hittin the weights hard. I am already gettin more vascular which is crazy since this is the 6th day. I also am gonna order the Amp02 stack and get it started here within the next week or so. So right now confidence is high, and muscles are GROWING!!!! Way to go COLTS!!!! Next on the list is Tenn. vs. Florida, go VOLS!!!
 
Ok I know I haven't kept this updated or anything, since I will be in week 9 here on Tues. Sorry about that guys, I haven't been on the computer too much, had too much going on, but I have been able to keep track of things in the book that I write all my lifts and shit down in. This is what has been going on so far.

I started out about 194 with only my top visible abs showing and only vascular in my biceps and forearms. Now I am around 198-200 consistent, and it took me a while to get to that. I was down to 185 around week 3 or 4, and cut some of my cardio out after week 4. I became alot more vascular throughout the shoulders and chest. I am now vascular on the back of my triceps, traps, chest, and lower abs these are all firsts for me. My biceps and forearms have lots of new veins popping out now also. The EQ is probaly kickin in about right now.

I am only in my second week on tren, and i can already tell the difference in strength gains. My bench set wise has gone up very well. I didn't go up very fast on purpose even though i probaly could, since i didn't want to stress out my joints and ligaments too quickly since i knew my strength would be great about right now starting at week 8. This was some of my main chest workout exercises at the beginning of the cycle:

-Barbell Flat Bench: 135-15 225-8 235-6 245-4
-Barbell Incline Bench: 135-12 185-8 195-6 205-4
-Barbell Decline Bench: 135-12 185-10 205-8 225-6
Now in week 8 of my cycle here are those same lifts:
-Barbell Flat Bench: 135-20 225-12 245-10 265-8 275-6*
-Barbell Incline Bench: 135-15 185-12 205-8 225-6 235-4*
-Barbell Decline Bench: 135-15 185-15 225-8 245-8 265-6*
*added in another set on all due to strength and not losing strength during workout

This is just an example of my chest workout. My shoulders and back have responded better than any of my other muscles. My traps and lats have grown tremendously! I can now shrug 405 for 4 reps! That is a personal best for me and 365 w/out straps for 8 reps is a personal best! My seated military press is up from 185-8 reps to 225-6 reps! I love it!!!! My triceps and biceps never tire, even though my biceps are the one bodypart of mine that i hate. I am all triceps and I hate that.

My legs have gotten bigger and more ripped. Alot more seperation in my quads. My calves have exploded and my vert is up from 30" to 33". My squats suffered around week 4 due to overworking the legs. I thought a just pulled a muscle in my upper quad, but turned out I partially tore part of my upper quad. So I have had to back off of major leg exercises until week 10. That is why I have been killin my calves.

I have been tryin to keep my diet in check, but sometimes it has been hard due to workin 12 hr days and school. I have done well though. I am still busting my ass 110% and more into it now more than ever. I never want to leave the gym.

Now about the compounds that I used. The prop was a bitch, and don't know if i will use it again, this is the second lab i have used it from and it still hurts like a bitch. Test E is smooth as hell and no pain. EQ is awesome, I love it. This is my first time with it, and I love the hunger, pumps, and vascularity i get from it. I didn't end up using the Tbol at the beginning so I am just gonna use it during the last 4 weeks. I love AKA's tren ace, shit is potent and kick ass smooth/pain free. I have some clen that i was lucky enough to get as a gift, and not sure if i want to incorporate it or not in my last weeks of my cycle or in PCT, or at all for that matter.

I am rambling on now, and I know this is long, but it was long past due to update. This is what my remaining cycle looks like:
Weeks 9-14:
Tren A-75mg/ed
EQ -300mg/ M&TH
Test E-300mg/ M,W,TH
**not sure about the Tbol if I want it or not but if so weeks 11-14 40mg/ed**
**same for clen have 200 40mcg tabs, but not really sure about them**


PCT is still the same. O and by the way AIFM ROCKS!!!!! I have been using it throughout and have had no problems what so ever. LOVE IT!!!! I will update again before I let it get to be so long. Sorry once again fellas, but better late than never. Any suggestions and help welcome. Thanks fellas!!!!!

I can also get my hands on some NPP very cheap right now, but don't know if its actually worth the little money it is.
 
One thing is for sure...I can eat like a horse, guess the EQ is kickin in. I ate 26 pieces of sushi tonight and then 8oz of chicken after that w/out getting full. I have never been able to eat like that at one setting. Workout was great tonight, arms were very pumped and my triceps were very very strong. I was able to do 225-12 on close grip, and my last set being 255-6. Very vascular during workout. Can't wait to get back in there tommorrow.....
 
Killed the back and shoulders tonight. It's now 3 hrs since i have left the gym, and i am still pumped. My fucking shoulders and traps feel like they are about to burst. Tired as hell right now though. Time to go eat again, tryin to keep updated the best I can. Weight is up to 203 now, haven't got bf% tested and won't until the end of cycle and then again after PCT. Thinkin about tryin IGF-1 in my PCT but not sure yet still got alot of research to do on it.
