Ive been training for around 12 years and the last4 on the gear on an off...About 6 cycles in total and never went more tha 800mg.
Been off now since January due to work and other reasons (Boxing for ultimate fights etc and neglected weights bigtime). Looking at picking up some lost beef but wondering if the 6 month break will allow me to go back to lower numbers like 200-400mg?
I know the results will come as i know my training and eating backwards but anyone who has been here please let me know what your thoughts/results were.
