rEVERSE gRIP bENCH

You have to find the right distance for yourself, but usually it is about shoulder width apart. Trust me if you are too close with your grip you will feel it in your wrists badly. You'll know. If too far you will also feel it in your wrists and not in your tris. Just experiment and see what works best for you, chances are it'll be about shoulder width.

I use a reverse grip occasionally due to a pec tear. Feels much more comfortable. I put the bars between my pointer and middle fingers, gives much more stability and feels safer.

Ya, really! You'd have to be going pretty light on these, since you only have two thumbs keeping the weight from smashing your face on the way down. If reverse-grip benches are dangerous(and they are--again, because of the thumb thing), then they need to invent a new word for risk on this lift.

I really like reverse grip benches, but I don't do them often because I rarely bench. I am in the process of changing that though.
