This would work except that I dont have a scratch on me and I REALLY fucked him up( I'm positive he had to go to the hospital), the cops will say that I went too far no matter what.

I'm screwed, The only chance I have is that his family is a "respected" member of that town and I think they would rather not press charges and air their sons "dirty laundry". They would be ruined in that town.

If you beat a 5'1" 115lbs guy almost to death... all you need to do is say it was self defense... and there is a great likelyhood the DA will decline to press charges.

The only guys who get charged/prosecuted are the ones who cooperate with investigations and say, "Yeah... I did it... but he had it coming."

No, Its totally true every word is . I know in light of all of these "I got into a fight" threads it would look like bullshit, but its not.

Anyway, this prick sits down right next to me(he doesnt have a clue who I am) and starts talking to me.

So I calmly tell him who I am and what he did. He remembered instantly, and started saying how sorry he was.

I didnt say a word, I just starting pummeling him, I couldnt even stop if I tried. I punished that motherfucker, even after he was CLEARLY not getting up, I still STOMPED on his face and back.

I was going too beat him to death, there was no self control on my part, the only thing that saved him was my friends pulling me off of him.

All of my friends later said that they really thought I was going to kill him and that I looked like I had went crazy because the guy was begging me to stop.

I think you went way overboard. If that was 9 years ago it is a possibility that the guy has repented and may actually feel terrible for what he almost did. You say that you damaged him permantly physically and mentally. I hope that you have never done anything that someone believes you deserve to be seriously hurt for. At the most, I would have used a stun gun on him and shocked him repeatedly, maybe sprayed some mace in his face. He would have been terrorized, but would not have permanent physical damage from it. I hope you can look yourself in the mirror 20 years from now and be proud of what you did.
