I know He did not feel terrible for what he did, in fact after he had moved alot of people(reliable resources) told me that he was bragging about it.

He didn't rape her and maybe he wasn't going to. For the most part I doubt your girl had any serious psycological or physical damage from this.He didnt rape her.You even said it your self that she was the sweetest girl's you knew...Sometimes girls that nice give off the wrong inpression..

So for touching your girl you gave the guy the beating of his life an permanantly scarred him? How olds the guy now 40? Yes sometimes that line can get blurry at time. Especially if alcohol is involved. I wasn't there, so i don't know whether he tried to put his arm around her, she told him no, and he stopped...or if he grabbed her, threw her on the bed and tried to rip her clothes off. Only she and this guy knows what exactly happened.
