Returning to the Playing Field

This is my first real post on this very cool site...I've been reading for a few months and now have a question for y'all.
To start, I'm 38 y/o, 5'11", 185, about 13% BF, hit the gym 4x per week, in good shape, moderately to fairly muscular. I used to post on a different site but stopped about two years ago under the same name. I have three true (IMO) cycles under my belt, but, again stopped a little over two years ago. I started at 165, did a test cyp/dbol cycle, gained about 25 lbs, kept 15; second was dbol only gained and kept 10; third was test prop/dbol gained 20 kept 10. I hit 200, low bf (less than 10%) looked great. Life stepped in, serious relationship, work, etc., lost about 15 (where I am now), but have good mass just from supplements and going to the gym regularly. The serious relationship is even more serious and I don't think my other half would appreciate me cycling. In any case, I just can't get past 185 with just the sups and gym...so I'm asking what you experts think I could do to get over the hump. BTW, my diet is usually awesome with the ocassional splurge (I don't fall of the wagon very often). All suggestion and any questions welcome.

When you say your diet is "usually" awesome does this mean your eating below maintenance cals to maintain and not gain? how many cals are you eating? to grow you got to eat..

Before i even saw swordfish's post the thought came to mind was EAT!Throw in a hi cal shake twice per day to boost your gains.

since you didn't specify dosages I would think a good run would be
Test E ot Cyp 500mgs Wk,jump start with Dbol the first 5 weeks 20mgs per day.

She is gonna realize when you gain 10 lbs in 4-5 weeks dude....Double edged sword if you tell her tho...cuz every time something happens she doesn't like she will blame it on your AAS usage...but on the other hand if she catches you.(finds the aas or something else) your in a worse spot...just eat dude.

If she wants to be with you, why should she care. Educate her about steroids. Have her watch the real sports clip that they did on it.

For my diet, I feel like if I eat anymore I'm gonna puke...I eat between 3-4000 cals per day, on hi-cal shake per day, 2 if it's a gym day, all the other stuff is tuna, salmon, chicken, turkey, some complex carbs but not after 5 p, egg whites for b'fast with protein shake (a little low fat cheese for taste), tuna snack, 2 turkey sandwiches, cottage cheese (low fat)/yogurt for lunch, protein bar for snack, fish/chicken, yam, brown rice dinner. Seriously, I feel like I eat a ton, don't know how I could boost it up more without yacking.
For the former doses, the test was 500 mgs wk, 10 wks, 20 mgs dbol, first 4 weeks, second cycle was 20 mgs dbol 4 weeks, one week off, 20 mgs dbol another 3 weeks, last cycle like the first but 750 mgs/wk of the test. When I jumped in weight for the first cycles, I did get some comments but passed them off as just working out more. I'm sure I could get around the growth issue, it's more the part about keeping the gear out of sight, including getting it. Not too worried about growing...would just say changed my routine, etc. My goal is to get at 205 and stay there (if I go to 215 for instance and lose 10 after that's cool).
