retaining.. again

I've done some searches and i've come up with a lot on bloating but I still can't find anything that works. I've got a bunch of mild allergies or intolerances to different foods, which I've mostly figured out and have cut out of my diet, I drink at least 1gallon and 1/2 of water a day, no soda or carbonated beverages, no dairy.. and i'm still bloated, anyone experience a similar problem or have suggesstions??
