Athlete, it's not a matter of receptors. It's a matter of esterification. Both Sustanon and Omnadren contain equal amounts of the first three ester chains (30mgs propinate, 60mgs phenylpropinate, and 60mgs isocaproate) but the difference between them is the last ester. Omnadren contains Hexanoate while Sus contains deconate. Hexanoate is simply another name for caproate. The Caproate ester is slightly lighter or shorter, than enanthate and cypionate, which means the blood levels peak sooner with it, as oppossed to Deconate which may take 3 weeks to peak. Omnadren will therefore stay active in the body for about 2 weeks. It's most often compared to sustanon because they are both four-ester products, with 3 out of the 4 being the same. The typical rumor is that they are the same, but they are not for reasons found above.
Now then, some people require a faster buildup of the drug to notice much in the way of gains, while others can deal better with the slower buildup rate. This is why some people gain more LBM on enanthate than sustanon, but on average, across the board, they gain more water weight on enanthate than sustanon. Arimidex can prevent this, but in my personal opinion, for bulking, water is good! Omnadren will also lead to greater water retention due to it's faster release timing (therefore leading to more test being converted into other compounds).
