Started cycle on February 17th of:

400 equip (200/mg twice a week)
500 Test (250/mg twice a week)

Lifting three times a week, cardio 45 min on off lifting days. Not seeing too much results yet. My weight is all over the place though, one day 192 (where I started) up to 198 then back to 192. I plan on 8 weeks of anavar towards the end? So what do you think is going on?
 
What test are you running? Prop, cyp, enanth? I wouldn't think you should see much this soon with longer esters, but what kind of scales are you using too?

Sounds like you need to check your diet bro.
 
My weight can fluctuate at least 4-5 lbs in a day due to water retention.

I also put on about 3 lb in the day due to water (have to check this regularily to see what I will lose when I dehydrate for a comp).

When are you weighing yourself?

It is best to stick to the same time of the day, once a week.

I have been having tooooooooooooooo much fun in NYC, the Arnie.

I am still in the USA, Arizona, getting a tan and visiting the 'rents.

I am here about one more week, then back to NYC for a short stop, and back to lovely London.

I just have more access to the computer here than I have had.

Maybe next time.

I have the funny feeling I will be travelling to the US far more often in the future.

I have also been invited to a comp here, have to check the date again.

Also want to do the Arnie again next year.

I would love to do Olympia, but as it is so close to all the Brit finals, probably won't be able to go as I plan to qualify. :)

ur prolly doin to much cardio and why do u only lift 3 days a week? ur prolly one of those guys that only train biceps and chest and never train legs

Honestly bro it could be many things....Unless you post exactely what you doing from A-Z no clue as to what is going on
One guess since the weight is so eratic it points to water retention issues but that's pure guess.

Your what 2 weeks unto your cycle?

If your using test E and Eq dont start looking for soild results for another 2 weeks or atleast 4 weeks unto the cycle.

I mean lets be honest here , you train 3 days aweek I'll assume you hit each body part once a week. I doubt you'll see great gains maybe in strenght but you need to tear down to build up.
So you have worked each body part 2 times while on cycle so far.

I'd say pick up the pace each body part every 4- 5 days.

As for the weight gain and loss Prob holding water 3-4 days after each shot in bloat then it falls off after 5-7 days then you hit the second shot and cuases some more water bloat.
 
Well, airsmith and chazk pretty much told it like it is...

One other thing, you should've started with the var in my opinion....cuz you won't start feeling the magic with thest until anywhere from Week 4-6... and E Q doesn't kick in until twice that long... at least with an oral kickstart, you start *feeling* something much sooner.
