Current cycle:
Week 1-6 -- 750 sust of test and 600 of eq (I know it sounds stupid but it still put some mass on)
Week 6 - 12 -- 750 test sust 75 of tren hex mon, we'd, Friday
Week 12 - 18 -- 750 of test sust and 600 of deca
Currently on week 10 (so test and tren)
Put on about 17 pounds so far so it's going good!
My question is that my resting heart rate is always between 80 bpm and 108 bpm. Average on a resting day is about 90 to 95 bpm. I feel like this is way to high for me and it is worrying me a bit. My prior cycles were just 500 test cyp and 200 of deca. My blood pressure averages about 145 to 150 over 80 (a little high but to be expected)
I do no cardio right now (per trainers order)
Is this normal to have a resting hr that high? My heart gets up to about 170 on work out days depending on what muscle group and intensity of training. I never feel light headed or anything but I do get nervous some times. Should I be concerned?? I figured it is most likely a combo of gear and metabolism.

no its not normal.

my first question is how do you know your RHR is at that place? those machines are not to be trusted, same with blood pressure machines.

for your age your resting heart rate should be under 75.. anything higher means an unhealthy heart.

its normal on cycle for it to go up, that is why you don't run high dosages and you cycle off. give your heart a break.. i think you are running way too high dosages

you put on 17 pounds which is only straining your heart more.. cannot put on that much weight in that short a time and not damage your heart. baby steps man.

That average is based off of taking it about 5 times a day. I know it is not the perfect method, I just don't know any others. That is good input for me. Maybe I am stretching it a little to fast. I appreciate the advice. Maybe I will skip the last six weeks. I have had no side effect at all other than this and this did not start until the tren came into play. I figured it was the gear. This is my first time using tren. I used to run about 5 miles a day less than a year ago, maybe I should get back on the treadmill to build a stringer heart

Lose some weight.

Drop the tren.

Include some non strenuous cardio like walking.

Get some Hawthorn.

I assume you're using N2 Guard. If not, you should.

i would drop the tren. cut back the test and run it til week 12 and then start pct week 14. Pick up n2guard now. add some light cardio as well.

Good Luck.

yeah bro good advice from nelson and judo.

and some advice to you.. BEFORE you jump on any cycle, much less something like tren that isn't a heart healthy roid at all, you are gonna want to get into top shape. should be running EOD, strengthen your heart.

and like i said above drop those dosages

I do appreciate the advice! Glad I posted. I never heard of n2guard until just now. I just ordered some. I had blood work done a couple weeks ago and all my levels were perfect except my cholesterol. My HDL was low. I know it sounds dumb to check blood work 9 weeks into a cycle however I am trying to be safe so spending money is not an issue at all for me. I thought for sure my liver enzymes would be way up but they were better than perfect and I hear scary crap about tren and damage to kidneys but they were perfect too. Just that damn hdl that was bad and when I started noticing the high rhr I started to worry. I will drop the dosage and add some cardio in per your recommendation and see if that will help at all. Thanks again

That is not normal at all....anything 100 bpm or higher is tachycardia! go to the doc asap.

HR seems a bit high to me, im at about 55bpm last time I checked.
