I may be trying this program out in the near future. I will be tweaking it though as it must be nice to workout in a gym where you can use 2 machines at the same time that happen to be near eachother. I won't be doing the superset fashion. So when doing a wave, do you rest after the first wave? How long? Like say I do a set for one rep. Do I immediately do the set of sex right after? And if so, do I rest then, or do I immediately increase the weight and do another single? Thanks.

Never heard of this method...link or info on it please.

You will get more out of supersetting antigonistic muscles. Not to mention the density of your workouts will go up - thereby saving you time. As for rest periods, 2-3 minutes after every 'set'. No matter the rep #.

BUT, if you feel the need to run the excercises serially - then yes, you need to rest the allotted amount between total sets. This may result in you being in the gym for around 2 hours. Enjoy.

I would say a minimum of 3 mins, 4-5misn would be better. You want to allow the CNS to recover to get the proper effect that waveloading is supposed to create
