Rest Between Sets

What's the best amount of time to rest between sets?

I'm working with medium intensity between the 6-10 rep range.

I'm sure it varies from person to person based on individual recovery times, intensity, # of reps, and preferences. I just want to get a general idea.

you anwsered your own question... that being said I like 90-120 seconds.
 
I rest however much time is required for me to be able to do my next set. Could be 30 seconds. Could be ten minutes. Usually three to five minutes.
