u ever notice the guys who do these studies about how lifting is bad for u and u shouldnt go down all the way on squat or even do squats at all.. all these guys weight maybe 140 and probly couldnt squat the bar doin one of the pussy squats they preach about...ahh sorry im just a little steamed at all these researchers and doctors and their dang discoveries.... ok i feel better now lol i think im gonna go blow some steam and do my squart work out ... FULL SQUATS
