I've been training for years now, with multiple different cycles of AAS, but I really haven't gotten the results I've wanted. I'm looking for the hard, ripped look (not too concerned about mass). I've come to the conclusion that it's got to be my dieting techniques. Can someone please point me to a website or give me an example of thier own diet that has produced good fat loses while sparing little muscle. I've done my research, and there are so many diets out there. I really have no clue which to choose from. Please help. I'm about 195lbs with about 12% BF. I'd like to get around 9% if possible. I've got the will power, I'm just not for sure if I have the right dieting. Thanks.

Reading how someone else cut out food... I don't get it. Why has it taken multiple cycles of steroids for you to finally figure to gain you eat more and to get cut you need to eat less? Aren't those things obvious?

It doesn't matter what anyone else has done, this is the point where you need a nutrition coach

there isn't a cookie cutter diet that will work on everyone.

besides i can tell you that most guys do the same cookie cutter diet that is copy/pasted among fitness gurus

chicken/rice/brocolli..

eat 6X a day.. 1-2 protein shakes.. blah blah blah

same shit that doesn't work

diets are PERSON TO PERSON specific so asking what others have done is not something you should just copy... if you have not been able to dial it in after years then you should go to a nutritionist or diet specialist to help you with it... not just ask random people online...
