I can't believe how many "need a good routine" questions there have been on this day alone. This is crazy:) Great thread Proto. rofl.

That's a loaded question....

Do you want pure mass? Mass with a little rippedness? Cuts with a little mass? or Bulkiness with some form?? Or simply Cannonball Deltz and horseshoe tries? Gotta be specific if you want a good routine, bro.
 
try this: take a serrated knife and scrape off some skin from your pecs.... hit the smith with 20 lbs and do 100 really slow reps. at this point you will really start to feel the burn. but this is where it gets really good. now pour a bottle of vinegar on your chest... the burn is awesome...
 
I've been working out at least once a month for a while now but I reckon I can get a another gym visit in before I go on holiday next month. What should I do to build my pecs and biceps and get really cut? This is pretty urgent since I want to look my best for the chicas.

Oh, and I don't want to get too big.
