I of still recovering from a collar bone break earlier this year and it may not be back to full strength until the end of this year. Whenever I flat bench I get this pain where my break used to me which makes it impossible to bench much of anything. Incline bench is fine so I start out with that and go pretty heavy. Any ideas for some good exercises that I can try to replace flat bench? I could just do more sets of Incline but I would like some other exercises for my cheast.
