Ok guys,
My two questions have nothing really do with one another, so I figure I'll ask both of them in one thread and hopefully get them cleaned up.
1.) Someone told me recently that interval training for cardio works a lot better than regular, as in 9 minutes of cardio (sprinting and whatnot) will be better than riding the bike for 30-45 minutes, etc. Is this true?
2.) Also, my second question relates somewhat to DC training. What works out your muscles more: doing your reps very slowly to get the burn and having to use less weight, or doing them quickly and using more weight?
Thanks everyone..
