Relationship Problems can anybody help?

I was on serzone for a few months after my divorce. I lost 25lbs, ate about 3 times a week and slept about 3 hours a week, wasnt fun. Then I got fat! UGH!

Hey Bro!
I hope you are making it today.
The meds you asked about are for chemical imbalances. That means clinical depression. You can have some clinical depression that makes external problems seem intolerable. So it is not always accurate to say that your problem shouldn't be treated with meds cause the problems seem to be brought on by a woman. We .. on the board .. cannot diagnose you. Only a licensed professional who can discern your condition fully should do that. Talk to a doc who can help you out face to face Bro. Be smart ... don't just stab into the dark and grab a handful of pills. That's some strong stuff.

Let it go bro. Lets just say I am the king of depression! I have been plagued by depression all my life. There is many ways to deal with this problem. First you have to deal with your "situation" (relationship/loss of gains). Then you need to eliminate all the things that bring you down from your life. It is easier said than done but it has to be done. After you are through with those steps, you should surround yourself with positive things. Remember my fellow depressionist........there will always be bad times and good times, life will never be perfect, you should just try to obtain a overall sense of hapiness to aide in solving your probs. I have taken every chemical there is and I am still where I left off. There is no quick fix my friend. There are many short term drugs but most are very addictive and should be avoided. Whet helps me the most is ANGER anger is a wonderful tool if used properly. I turn all my fears and pain into anger. Then I use that anger to train, and I mean train hard. I reap many benefits because I get huge and I get rid of all my frustrations. Good luck my friend if you need more ideas or help drop me a line at [email protected].

Now there's some good advice. Karma to you Arias.

Hey bro I feel your pain, I'm in a similar situation right now, only we have a 3mo old baby. I'm in Ohio too, close to Cincy/Dayton. Feel free to drop me a line if you want, it may help being able to talk to someone in a similar situation.

P.S. Don't let this girl interfer with your training. If anything hit the gym more to keep your mind off things and to better yourself.

I'm having some serious relationship problems. I'm losing all my gains because I'm so depressed that I can't eat or sleep.

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone had any experience with drugs like Paxil and Prozac? I think I need them. Thanks.

Try 5-10 grams of inositol + 100 mgs of 5-HTP.
This combo will work better than any antidepressant and without sides.

so yes.. it does work dude.. i mean i may end up regretting it later.. but i don't think so.. it's taken my emotion away enough to make a rational decision about things..

Are we turning into Vulcans or what. Who needs emotion right ?

Stay away from those drugs, when they are not truly needed, i.e. clinical depression, they can be very bad, and even make you go crazy. It is ok to feel and hurt, time will solve this. Follow the advice here, Get back to training, buy yourself something you want, find little joys, eliminate the bad shit. It is such a clishay [i can't spell it] but there are so many more women. You are speciall, don't settle for less than what you want, but look back and learn about yourself from this. We all hurt sometimes. Even when things are good, it will rain again. Time will solve this.
