the only thing i can't stand about my current cycle is it's effects on my cardio. i can't stand not being able to run. i'm used to running about 35-40 miles per week. now i can bearly do 5 per week. i keep getting shin splints and my lower legs tighten up and get really sore.
this really sucks because i'm starting to get fuckin fat.
any suggestions on how to relieve the tightning and soreness in lower legs.
