I advance to centrals next week, so my training is sort of on hold.

This is the throw that won the competition:

the central meet is on wednesday, guys from 3 regions.

i think i need to be top 3 to move onto provincials, so i will definately need that 14m throw. i just checked some records, and you won't believe what i saw. someone threw 20.35m. ?!!?!?!?! lol that's 6-7m more than i do

if i break top 15 at provincials it will be enough. i mean, what more could i ask from the first month of this sport?
