I have been on my cutting diet for 2 weeks now and am planning on starting doing weekly refeeds. My plan was to do it around my Tuesday Leg workout, as legs are the most demanding and I always find myself starving and drained after them.
Question is; if I do Legs on Tuesday at Lunch hour, is it best to do the Refeed on Monday Before, or Tuesday After ?
