oh hellz yeah. safer too! I wish you all the best on this. I'm anxious to see your results as well. I too, have a high LDL...but I also have a high HDL and low TG. Doctor isn't worried about my LDL because of my ratios.

Ya I am getting the test don at the docs to. Real deal. I think you saw how fucked my ldl/hdl was. I posted the first test already.

I got 195/17. Doc shit a brick lolololololol I will not lie I am also using code liver oil given to me by the doc to. I don't think just code liver oil will be enough though. Thats why I am doing the toco-8. Matter of fact I will drop the oil just to make sure we all know its the toco-8. Only been on the oil a week anyway.

Yeah buddy...you gotta get your LDL down too!!! Hope this works as well for you as it did for the other guy.

By the way, Niacin has pretty much zero effect on LDL, but can increase HDL and reduce triglycerides (TG). Fish oil, while recognized and recommended for cardioprotection, is really only prescribed (prescription fish oil, yes) for therapy in those with VERY high TG (>500).

So, other than diet (and apparently Toco-8), that leaves statin drugs (or red yeast rice, which is basically a statin (in supplement form)). If you are taking or going to be taking statins (or red yeast rice), be sure to also take CoQ10.

The FDA banned the old red yeast rice a year or so ago that contained the statin drug. The stuff on the shelf now does not contain the active ingredient.

Those are my test results posted. I tried all of the over the counter products and none of them worked to lower my cholesterol. Toco-8 is the real deal brothers.
