I WAS SOOO tired and didn’t want to do yesterday’s work-out. I was being a biznatch in my head. My weight didn’t increase because well… My goal was to get through it.

That is even after drinking a FULL Triple redline!!!! LOL I had to take a 30 minute nap yesterday as well. FUN

And I had to sleep in today!! I got about 8-9 hours.

Anywho off to get ready and do cardio now!

Well been forever since posted... But doing great. Diet and work-out stabilizing and busy as ever.

Diet is whatever I feel like.

M1 Protein, berries,
M2 Today protein bar
M3 Shrimp, salad, bleu cheese dressing, acorn squash, cherries, celery, pears, broccoli, celery, couple walnuts.
M4 ??? meat, some sort, low carb wrap, salad
M5 veggies
M6 ANPB, protein

Shooting for cardio 5 days a week 45 minutes just active like brisk walking, or elyptical, whatever I feel like.

Weights I'm aiming for 4 days now. Leg day got combined.

Looking at some new variations to my work-out.

Just the goal is the same as my original goal 2 years' ago. Athletic look ;)

Going to be a busy week helping two gals get ready for their shows!!!

We'll see how things play out.. I'm getting my diet worked on right now by sbt and I'm putting the weight portion together to hit legs with the sprints, spin, plyos, and stairs. So maybe fall for my show. I have to keep focus on the other happenings going on...

Found my Migun bed station and I'm going again!!! OH MY..... My sacrum is sooooo sore but it's totally worth it. So it's a good break for 30 minutes with SBT. My back cracked o.k. snapped vertebrae back into place 9 times. Best part is it's FREE. I still want one of those beds!!!

Tomorrow I get my nephew and niece.

Yesterday was a day off went and walked around Ceader Point (chasing 4 and 6 year olds) with SBT. It was a lot of fun.

Food was good to go thanks to SBT or else I'm affraid runnin after those two I don't think I would have had much in me!!

:) Ahhh thanks Flor it was a great time... And I think my niece broke SBT in. She would sit on the ground saying my legs hurt waiting for her to pick her up. One time I saw her just sit down and I looked at SBT and said,"I think she is waiting on her chariot!" Sooo she got her work-out carrying around the 4 year old!

Badge just look up migun world online and see if they have one by you. There are a few here. Sometimes they are so new though they are not listed online... You'll have to check around as well.

I go through each of the speeds. So 30 seconds at 4.0, 30 seconds at 7.0, 30 seconds at 9.0. until my quads won't stretch and they try and stay stuck and then I about fall and it's time to slow down till the next set.

Doing great!

Diet SBT wrote must be working had 2 compliments that said I looked like I dropped weight. Which is good, and easy to follow!

Today was no weights, no cardio day off
Went to migun place for 50 minutes I'm loving it.

Ohhh got my hair chopped off as well. Once I get some BF off I'll get some pictures up. BUT not testing body fat for a bit just because I don't feel like focusing and stressing about numbers. I'm going off of look, clothes fitting, and the way I feel... plus compliments.

I have a whole head of "curly things" THe humidity doesn't help.

I understand about the legs. I've had a hell of a time with mine...getting the quads to grow. It's weird because my legs are very strong...and I know YOURS are too, but getting them to grow is a different story.
It seems like mine respond best to high reps- to the point of complete exhaustion.

I have a whole head of "curly things" THe humidity doesn't help.

I understand about the legs. I've had a hell of a time with mine...getting the quads to grow. It's weird because my legs are very strong...and I know YOURS are too, but getting them to grow is a different story.
It seems like mine respond best to high reps- to the point of complete exhaustion.
Yeah I use some of that Garnier Fructis Sleek and shine when I get out of the shower so it doesn't go frizzy. But It does have a few curly things that I got to get after with the straightening iron :evil:

Yeah I'm hitting my legs from various angles. I did the heavy thing, then I did the plyo thing, and super set thing... now I'm doing a combo of plyo, mixed rep ranges, and super sets...Plus spin and sprints. It seems to be helping right now!! :)
