Red splotch on back?

I've been running a beast cycle for a liitle over a week now 3 beast caps ,joint repair,liver support,hawthorne berry,fish oil ed.I just noticed a round splotchy place on my left shoulder blade it looks almost like a hicky.there aren't any bumps just a splotchy area.any idea what this is?
