I think it's my rottary cuff caused by going too heavy too quick during my last cycle. I was planing to start a cycle after the weekend but not sure my shoulder will hold up throughout it.
I find benching really makes it hurt. I've eliminated my chest and shoulder workouts for a few weeks now and it doesn't really seem to be getting any better.
Suggestions?
