Recurring shoulder injury

I think it's my rottary cuff caused by going too heavy too quick during my last cycle. I was planing to start a cycle after the weekend but not sure my shoulder will hold up throughout it.

I find benching really makes it hurt. I've eliminated my chest and shoulder workouts for a few weeks now and it doesn't really seem to be getting any better.

Suggestions?
 
I had the same problem.On bench days before I do anything, I grab a theraphetic (sp?) band and do rotator exercises.Then I start out my bench warm up with the bar,25s etc...By then my shoulders are good and warm.

I dont know how wide your bench grip is,you might want to bring it in some.That will help take some stress of your shoulders.
