reconstituting question

So I got saizen GH 26.4 IU kit

Now it says to use 2-3ml of the water to reconstitute

So If I use 2ml of water 200ius that means that for every 1IU of GH i want i need to draw approx 8IU's?

Or

Does the GH Powder eat up the 2ml of water so 1iu is 1iu?

first one is correct, if you constitute it with 2ml of water, and you have 26.4iu's per that 2ml of water, then you will need to draw up 7.57units on an insulin syringe to get 1iu of HGH, so basically 15iu's on the syringe will give you 2 iu's hgh
