1- oatmeal , wheatbread or toast, bananna and penut butter

2- mass gain shake with milk
700 cals

3- toast with heaps of beef

4- post workout mass gainer

5-chicken and rice

6- oats and yogurt

????? Tips
 
All that should be fitted into 2 meals bro u then need another 3-4 meals...
Fuck oats and yogurt for a meal have some brown rice with steak/chicken/fish and fuck meat on toast go with brown rice again, and where's ur fruit and veg man...

U've made numerous threads about
bulking why make another one, ur other one was full of top info...
I'm guessing ur like 12 and just don't get it
 
rice, oats, sweet, potato, eggs, cottage cheese, fruit, steak, chicken, fish. You may need to prepare cooked meals a week ahead if you dont have the time mon - fri.
