  • 💪 220 kg Bench
  • 🔥 770 kg Total (gym)

Strongest I’ve been post-surgery, and still climbing.


🧬 Current Phase: Recomp


Staying around 110 kg while improving condition.
  • High protein
  • Carbs around training
  • Performance first
  • Slow tightening, no strength loss

Yeah bro, keen to see how it goes too. I’m not running his GH just yet but will be adding it in once he gets more stock and sends it through. I thought the recent pile on was a bit unfair as well to be honest. My experience is I’ve had no issues with his mast p, test p, hgh and anavar that I ran in the past.

@Ohdamn that's about 420 lb, which is my personal record that I hit back in my early to mid-30s so great job on that man. That is not lightweight.
