Yo Arg......I wouldn`t worry too much about your rear delts at this time in your training. You are relatively a beginner as we all have been beginners and IMHO....should concern yourself not with rear delts or reverse laterals or reverse pec deck flys or whatever ( all good exercises) but concentrate on the lifts that will make you overall bigger and stronger. Like rowing and your deads, chins, etc. etc. Having big rear delts won`t do diddly squat for size but having a big powerful back from paying your dues on the big lifts will give you size, strength and the look of power. You can concern yourself about the little details like your rear delts later on down the road. Build the foundation to your house first....worry about painting the trim after its built.

Sometimes I run the rack up n down with DB alternate curls. I hear ya.
