hey guys, i have a cracked rib injury from last week, and I'm into my 2nd week and did my 4th injection today and worked out at the gym.
However, i know i can't lift heavy and working out can fuck up my rib more and prolong me from actually going to the gym.
I was thinking of taking the next 5 days off and focusing on recovery for my rib, and start my anavar 50mg a day while taking my injections
Im taking T400 (100mg testp, 150 test c, 150 test e) at the moment
what is your advice on this...
i might even take 2 weeks off, and then start working out after that and have 9 weeks of my cycle left...
suggestions guys,advise i still went to the gym and worked out pretty hard, but still...i doubt i can go heavy
