Really looking for some help here guys.

Im thinking about purchasing a stack this friday from a site that I had recently heard was legitament, and it consist of 1xG Cyp 250( 10 ml ), 1x Methan10 (100x 10 mg tabs), and 1xAnastrozole. Its going to be about 4 week cycle. Should I run a 5 to 6 week cycle instead? And what about any liver aid or cycle assist other than the Anastrozole? I've been doing my homework on AAS for about 2 years now and I'm pretty sure I know what i'm doing, but I would like some advice on this stack. Or even just plain criticism. I'm 22 years old and i've been working out without missing more than 2 weeks about 4 years now, i'm 6 ft 175lbs with 8% bf. I've gotten some very good size with orals over the past few years but I really wanna step it up now.

What are you gonna do for pct? And I'd pick up another bottle of test c and run 500mg a week for 10 weeks
 
^^^ this. And also you need to check your diet. Your light weight for being 6' especially if you've ran oral cycles. You should be 190-200 lbs
 
I'm not that light.. :( its not in my genes to be very big unfortunately. And 175 with 8% bf isn't that bad come on lol so what else from GP should I run with it? And for pct I'm gonna use hgc, clomid, more anastrozole
 
Im sorry to be blunt, but it honestly doesnt look like youve been doing aas homework for 2 years bro.
Test cyp for 4 weeks.. I rarely hear that, and it usually comes from newer guys.
Maybe test prop for 4 but cyp for 10 for sure.
And HCG, anastrozol and Clomid for PCT. Thats old school.

Yea at your height 175 isn't very big. I've been at 175 at 9% bf and im only 5'8-5'9
 
Hcg should be started week 3 and should go into your pct. then for pct itself you should run unleashed, post cycle and Forma.
 
do me a favor and read the rules before posting again so you don't get waxed on your first day. they are in the sticky above.

also you say you have been working out religiously for years but you are just 175 at 6 feet tall. thats extremely skinny.. i would never recommend anyone touch juice at your height until they were atleast 200 and that is a conservative figure

do you do too much cardio? are you not eating enough? doesn't make sense to me
 
Nos2.0 are you serious right now? 200lbs with 17% bf and you're talking to me like that? Wow lol sorry I don't weigh as much as you but like I said earlier im fighting genetics as well. And pound for pound I guarantee you I can hang with you if not outlift you on anything in a gym. I've always lifted for strength not mass, and please someone try and argue that too.

i agree it takes a long estered test like cyp 3-4 weeks to even get into your system fully...i usually run test cyp 350 for 10-12 weeks...
 
1rpm for the following, bench press 385, squat (with torn acl two years ago) 325, tricep extensions (on a cable machine) 200lbs, preacher curls 145, powercling 210, and I straight up don't do deadlift anymore. And im literally 175lbs like dripping wet

Like I said before. Doesnt look like youve been doing youre homework. If you had, you wouldve know about esters and the long esters take time to build blood plasma levels, and that deca is a no no for a first cycle, and however you laid out your cycle above, doesnt really make sense.
And Ive havent done juice bro. What the fuck is this shot at my stats? That was a few months back by the way, 205 at 15% now.
Ive been on Elite for almost a year and I could guarantee I know a hell of a lot more than you bro.
I wasnt turning this into a match up. I was just stating my observations. And it looks like you need to spend some more time on here.

And if you really have the vast array of knowledge concerning supplements and how they react with the human body, then why the fuck haven't you applied it to yourself? Just saying..

Theres ALWAYS someone bigger/stronger/faster....Why dont you start over..get some thicker skin bro! The people here take their time to give honest feedback. Respect that. They dont have thin skin, and they will probably give you a chance, just man up and dont attack people.
If you already knew the answers you wouldn't have asked. Now contribute, dont attack, break rules, or otherwise be an obstacle in the way of getting some REAL advice.

start your research over.

read about 1st cycles, dosages, pct and MOST IMPORTANT diet, diet, diet.

state your goals, state your diet, and state your routine.
 
I think you should skip the juice and work on your diet... You need to learn how to eat to gain weight or your never gonna take full advatage of what your tryin to achieve... Your stats should be for someone that is 6 inches shorter than you...

How about you champ 6'0 175 and you have been lifting for years something isn't right there possibly ur diet. Because at your height and weight u my man " in the words on Ronnie" are LIGHT WEIGHT.
 
Hi guys can you help me im looking to run my first cycle and i was woundering what you think my goals are Strength and To put on 20 plus LBS with not a tremedous amount of fat gain this is the cycle i want to run.


Dbol Weeks 1-5 20mg daily split
Deca Weeks 1-14 250mgs Weekly
Test E Weeks 1-16 500mgs Weekly
Arimidex Weeks 1-20


I know ppl are gonna say this is to much for my first cycle but ive ran some serious PH's like Superdrol,Helladrol,Stakabol,Emonster i think im ready and well prepard.



If you can think of a better cycle that will help me optain my goals i would like to hear it and any other advice you have would be great Thank you .....

AGE 21
HEIGHT 6'3
WEIGHT 208
Lifting Experiance 6 YEARS
Goals Strenth and Weight gain of actleast 20lbs with not alot of fat gain

I didn't read the whole thread but it looks like there's some dick waging going on.

Whatever.

I'll just give my monthly retort to the ubiquitous statement that test takes at least 3 weeks to kick in. It does not. Nor do differently steroids take different times. They all "kick in" immediately. Sure, blood levels take a few days to peak (unless it's prop or an oral) but that's it. You should feel the effect of any steroid in a week.
