Several months ago, my small business failed, I was on anti-depressants and all that fun stuff...anyway to get to the point.

Been working a job that is "ok", I've been able to get back onto my feet, but I don't see myself doing this job for much longer, now here's the question.

Is anyone here a realtor? I've been looking into it, and it seems to be good money if you can make the sales, I'm just curious what other realtors have to say about the business.

My wife use to be in real estate and she made good money doing it. But it was a 24/7 kind of job and she ended up burned out on the whole thing. It is a career that you can never really "turn off".

I looked at this a little also.

Too cyclical. Your income follows the economy. It's like being a car salesman, with houses.
