readjusting calories on CKD

I started the CKD 5 days ago I was 227-229 pounds. Now I`m 220 wtf? (alot of water maybe.) I`m following the diet part to the letter. My question is After a week or even 2 should I recalculate my BMR due to the fact I weigh less?

Also Is there a reason for the day 1 and day 2 days of lifting in a row regarding the diet specifically? Because if there is`nt I would like to switch up Day 2 and day 3 training not diet.(If I can)?

btw I weighed about 250 (6ft 3) a couple of months ago but was withering away due to injuries. While losing weight I was`nt losing my midsection. enter CKD. I WAS EATING A HUGE AMOUNT OF CALORIES. Maybe that`s why I`m losing alot now.

as your weight changes make sure to adjust caloric intake accordingly

it's because you're right after the carb up where you can lift the most and the most muscle endurance is present....
the further from the carb up you get, the harder it is to train until it becomes counterproductive...that is why next day (after carbup) training is crucial
