reached max bench goal!!

hey bros, just had to vent. about a month ago i maxed 285. my goal was to get 3plates by xmas. last night i' did, finally, 315 for 2 reps. i know this isnt shit to most of you but it was out there for me. i'm now 5'8, 186lbs,9%bf. gotta luv it/

315 is a lot. How many people in the gym do you actually see benching 315. In my gym out of everyone ther I can only count 5, and these guys are walking refridgerators.

Great job! What's next years goal? I had the goal of 325 this year and met it in Nov. but I weigh about 35 lbs more than you so that was a great goal. My next goal is to bench 225 for 20 times. The NFL combines use max reps at that weight and I am amazed that Adam Archaletta, who may weigh 210-220 did it 23 times or something like that. My max goal for next year is 400. It's a great feeling to meet a personal goal.
