Still workin on gettin back into the gym, and wanted to test just how much strength Ive lost. Which with my back apparently wasnt much. Did some DLs, warmed up with 1 set of 10 with 135. Then 1 set of 8 with 225. Then I did 4 sets of 5 with 315. Felt good so I did 405 for 1 with pretty much no problem. I think next week I might try for 450 and working sets of 350.
