Sets&Rep scheme is 4x(6-8)
Day 1:
Weighted Dips
Dumbell Press
Pull ups
Abs
Calf raise
Day 2:
Deadlift
Seated t-bar row
Shoulder press
Benchpress
Abs
Day 3:
Squats
Leg Press
Pull ups
Abs
Inclined bench press
Comments&observations: I've noticed a couple of things
-Day 1(dips, dumbell press) work my chest alot more than the other two. My chest is big and pumped for the 2-3 days following the day 1 chest workout.
-Upper back is big but not as big as I'd want. Will adding bent over rows on day one help with mass?
-The state education system went on strike here and as a result I found myself with ~10 hours of sleep every night. My squat got up 10 lbs but now that school has started again( and I get like 5 hours of sleep a night), it seems I lost my recent squat gains (can only do 3-4 reps now and I used to do 8) Normal?
-Pull ups >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Lat pulldown. Way better for mass and def
Thanks alot for answering my questions( I appreciate the time people take to answer)
Keep on pumping!
