Rapid weight fluctuation on testosterone

On my first cycle, 500mg test cyp only. One thing i noticed is my weight will rapidly change based on my diet/training/estrogen/water intake. One week i could be 180 and dry the next week i could be 195 and puffy from not doing cardio or getting lazy with my ai. Not sure if that is fat or water retention Is this the case for everyone?
 
Sounds like water to me. Diet needs to be consistent to help minimize sides. A cheat meal is ok every so often but still need that solid base. Also keep a consistent AI. You're bouncing your hormones all over the place.

keep water intake HIGH to avoid holding as much water and use an AI..
