Anyone have any idea how this works? I cannot find much information on this and I was hoping someone can shed some light on it. Is it OK for me to workout Monday, Wednesday and Friday on this type of workout? My goal is to lose some bodyfat.
No one knows? Maybe someone can help me out if I explain what this type of workout is? It is a 45 minute workout with no more than 20 seconds of rest between sets. Like circuit training but you are not doing a total body workout.
