random muscle spasms

every so often i get some sort of fucking annoying random muscle twitch somewhere on my body (dont even say it, perverts!!) like my eye or on my face, or bicep

constant twitching..... its in my lower eyelid right now and DRIVING ME INSANE. I CANT CONCENTRATE ANYMORE

does anyone have any idea what causes this? ii'm about to start searching so dont tell me to search , damn it

touriettes (sp) isn't the one where you yell FUCK YOU/ASSHOLE/CUNT disease. that is obsessive compulsive disorder.

touriettes is where you twitch & make noises simultaneously & involuntarily. i think i have it, or at least stress.
