Yes - he has helped me many times. And BTW - I just tried to give you karma, but I must have screwed up. I chose "I approve" to give you positive K, but when I refreshed - it showed Red K down the amount of my karmic power of 10. It must have been me. I don't know what happened, but I"m sorry. I feel like a dumbass.

Sorry about my K screw up, but it appears your heading in a positive direction now. I've been doing well, laying low on the training. Taking a physical and mental break. Still in there just giving it 'heck' instead of 'hell' so to speak.

Chamb is doing alright to. Had some knee surgery and did some deadlifts at the gym tonight. He made some posts today and it was nice to see that. Thank you for asking about us as always and I hope everything with your training and in life is going well for you. Take care.
