Well I decided to give the racemic a try vs. the r-ala to see what the differences were....on the upside, racemic gives me superior pumps than the r does, not per mg because I took 2-300mg of r-ala for a meal that I take 600 mg of nutriteam racemic....however, I'm gainign fucking fat! Especially around the midsection, I am seriously pissed off about it too because I just went through yohimburn, not all but some to lean out and that shit isnt cheap... So I'm going to save my racemic for pre and postworkout meals only....taking 300mg while sipping a carb shake while training gives a superb pump. Unfortunately, my midsection seems to have jumped like 1-2% points in bf....very very upsetting.
