okay, about to go to the gym but am wondering what are all of your opinions on this:
This week do all of my 5 rep maxes, that means the week would look like this:
Monday
box squats work up to max 5
bench work up to max 5
row work up to max 5
wednesday (wednesday is still kind of iffy right now, i'm thinking about putting all of the lifts i don't really know much here to train them so maybe max 5 wouldn't work well..)
push press work up to max 5
front squats work up to max 5
high pulls? work up to max 5
friday
back squats work up to max 5
military press work up to max 5
cleans work up to max 3?

just start off and do my progression with a month ago records for a few of them and guess and jump a little (WITHIN REASON, all depends on what lifts) on the other lifts since i haven't done some of them much?
